Online sessions

Online counselling across Canada

Connect with Dawn from a private space when travelling to Victoria is not practical, while keeping the same collaborative and trauma-informed approach.

Flexible access

Care that can meet you where you are.

Online counselling may reduce travel, fit more easily around work or caregiving, and allow you to meet from a familiar environment. The clinical relationship remains central: sessions are paced with care, and the method is adapted to your goals and capacity.

The specific video platform was not confirmed during intake and is therefore not named on this site. Connection instructions, privacy expectations, and a backup plan are discussed directly before an online appointment.

Choose privacy

Use headphones where helpful and select a space where others cannot overhear your conversation.

Confirm your location

Your current location supports an appropriate emergency plan if safety concerns arise during a session.

Prepare a backup

Keep your phone available and agree on what will happen if the video or internet connection is interrupted.

A supportive first step

Would online counselling make support easier to access?

A free 15-minute consultation gives you space to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and decide whether our practice feels like the right fit.

Dawn is often in session, so calls usually go to voicemail. Leave a message or send a text and she will get back to you as soon as possible.
