Fees and coverage

Clear questions before you commit to a session.

Current fees, payment procedures, and any available coverage information are confirmed directly so you receive accurate details for the service you are considering.

Current fee information

Contact us to discuss fees.

Fees from the previous website have not been carried forward because they were not reconfirmed during intake. Before scheduling, the practice will explain the current fee for your service and whether any relevant payment or documentation options are available.

Crime Victim Assistance Program

Approved to support eligible CVAP claimants.

Dawn is approved to work with eligible claimants through BC’s Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). The program determines eligibility and available benefits. Contact Dawn to discuss fit and scheduling, and confirm your claim details directly with CVAP.

Before contacting your insurer

Coverage is determined by your individual plan.

Dawn Cox is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, registration #3555. Use that exact credential when asking whether your plan covers counselling services.

  • Ask whether services from a BCACC Registered Clinical Counsellor are eligible.
  • Confirm your annual and per-session limits.
  • Ask whether a referral or pre-approval is required.
  • Confirm the documentation your insurer needs for reimbursement.
